ra888 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ra888" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the licensed operator of the ra888 platform, accessible at ra888.one, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and authorised representatives.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with ra888, accesses the platform as a guest, or uses any ra888 service, whether or not a deposit has been made.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the ra888 platform, identified by unique login credentials and associated with a verified CNIC or passport identity.
• "Platform" means the ra888 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, and account management tools.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the ra888 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, requiring submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or international passport to ra888 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with their plain English meaning. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to statutes include all amendments and successor legislation.

To access real-money betting, casino, and gaming services on ra888, a Player must register a verified Account. Registration constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all applicable ra888 policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ra888 Account, a Player must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number;
• Submit a valid Pakistani CNIC or international passport for KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of a household with any employee of ra888 or its affiliated companies;
• Maintain only one (1) Account on the ra888 platform. Multiple accounts per individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited.

ra888 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of a registration does not constitute a waiver of ra888's right to subsequently verify eligibility or suspend an Account found to be non-compliant with these Terms.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their login username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with their ra888 Account. ra888 shall bear no liability for any loss or damage resulting from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

Players must:

• Select a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — ra888 strongly recommends 2FA for all Accounts;
• Log out of their Account immediately after each session on any shared or public device;
• Notify ra888 immediately via live support if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account or any security breach;
• Never disclose their Account credentials to any third party, including persons claiming to represent ra888.

ra888 reserves the right to suspend any Account where unusual activity, potential security compromise, or suspected unauthorised access is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, pending withdrawals may be held until the investigation is resolved to ra888's reasonable satisfaction.

ra888 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via a range of Pakistani payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary without prior notice and is subject to the terms of each payment provider.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits to ra888 Accounts must be made from payment sources owned by and registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits made from payment accounts not in the Account holder's name — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. ra888 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard Pakistani payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. ra888 reserves the right to request any documentation it deems necessary to verify identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as the ra888 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as specified in the ra888 Cashier section and are subject to change. ra888 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier but does not guarantee specific processing times.

4.3 Currency & Exchange. The ra888 platform operates in PKR. All balances, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in PKR. ra888 does not apply exchange rate charges on PKR transactions.

4.4 Errors & Chargebacks. Any error in crediting or debiting a Player's Account must be reported to ra888 support immediately. ra888 reserves the right to recover any funds incorrectly credited to an Account as a result of a technical error. Players must not initiate chargebacks for legitimate ra888 transactions. Chargeback attempts may result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

All sports bets placed on ra888 are subject to these Terms, the ra888 General Betting Rules, and any sport-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules shall prevail over general betting rules, which shall prevail over these Terms.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. ra888 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where suspicious activity, integrity concerns, technical errors, or odds feed failures are identified. A bet is not confirmed until acknowledged by the ra888 system and a bet reference number is issued.

5.2 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets, including PSL and ICC cricket markets, are subject to a brief delay between bet submission and confirmation. ra888 does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet submitted. Bets on events that have already concluded prior to acceptance will be voided and stakes returned.

5.3 Void Bets. ra888 may void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, declared a dead heat in circumstances not covered by specific rules, or where the outcome cannot be determined. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account balance.

5.4 Palpable Errors. In the event that ra888 publishes odds or lines in clear error — including but not limited to miskeyed odds significantly deviating from the prevailing market — ra888 reserves the right to void any bets placed on such odds, irrespective of whether the bet has been settled. ra888 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct palpable errors promptly.

5.5 Maximum Winnings. ra888 applies maximum single-event and aggregate daily winnings limits. These limits are displayed in the ra888 Betting Rules and may be updated from time to time. ra888 will not pay winnings exceeding applicable maximums.

All casino games, including live dealer games and Random Number Generator (RNG) slot and table games, available on ra888 are supplied by certified third-party game studios and live dealer solution providers. ra888 does not develop, host, or control the outcomes of any casino game and acts solely as a distributor of certified third-party gaming content.

6.1 Fair Play. All RNG-based slot and table games integrated into ra888 are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are sourced from game supplier documentation and are provided for informational purposes. Actual RTP achieved by any individual Player will vary. Live casino game integrity is governed by the dealing procedures of the relevant live studio operator, which are separately certified.

6.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during any casino or slot session, ra888 will use reasonable endeavours to restore the session to its pre-malfunction state where technically feasible. Where restoration is not possible, ra888 may void the affected round and return the Player's stake. ra888 bears no liability for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits per game are displayed within each game interface. ra888 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

ra888 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, and seasonal PSL and cricket campaign offers. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to fully registered, KYC-verified ra888 Accounts in good standing. Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. ra888 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds conditions applicable to each bonus are displayed in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. ra888 employs automated and manual monitoring to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee extraction of bonus value, exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or collaborating with other players to arbitrage promotional offers. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and real-money balances withheld pending investigation, and the Account may be permanently closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ra888 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one ra888 Account per individual;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ra888 Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit platform features;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of sporting corruption in connection with events offered on ra888;
• Laundering money or funds derived from criminal activity through the ra888 platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ra888 staff or other platform users;
• Accessing ra888 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without authorisation from ra888;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming control implemented by ra888.

All content on the ra888 platform, including but not limited to the ra888 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ra888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ra888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any ra888 content;
• Create derivative works based on ra888 platform content;
• Use ra888 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ra888 software.

Any unauthorised use of ra888 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

ra888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gaming on ra888 is intended solely as entertainment. ra888 provides all registered Players with access to a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools at no cost.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits, adjustable from the Account settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications after a configurable number of hours logged into the ra888 platform within a single day.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restriction for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, available on request via live support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited self-exclusion, which closes the Account immediately and prevents re-registration for the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately by ra888 support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions displaying session duration and net win/loss information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ra888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or relating to:

• A Player's use of or inability to use the ra888 platform;
• Any technical failure, interruption, suspension, or termination of the ra888 service;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security;
• Third-party payment processing failures or delays by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking partner;
• Incorrect odds, prices, or market data published as a result of human or system error, where such bets have been voided in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the ra888 platform, including but not limited to match statistics, event schedules, or promotional descriptions.

In any event, ra888's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their ra888 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ra888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by ra888's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ra888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any associated ra888 policy;
• A Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• ra888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity;
• A Player fails to satisfy KYC or enhanced due diligence requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• A Player has made a fraudulent chargeback claim against a legitimate ra888 transaction;
• ra888 is required to do so by its licensing authority, a regulatory body, or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure, ra888 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds and amounts subject to pending investigation) to the Player's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any legitimate claim by ra888 to withhold funds.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ra888 live support. Account closure requests are actioned within 24 hours and are subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ra888's operating licence is issued, as determined by ra888's licensing authority from time to time.

13.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and ra888, the Player must first contact ra888 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ra888 commits to providing a substantive response to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by ra888's licensing authority.

13.2 Complaints. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to ra888 via the official support email address displayed in the Contact section of these Terms. Complaints submitted via live chat are treated as informal queries and must be escalated to written form to constitute a formal complaint for the purposes of the dispute resolution process.

ra888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to Player rights, payment procedures, or responsible gaming obligations — ra888 will provide notice to registered Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notification on the ra888 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter Player rights, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice. The amended Terms will be identified by an updated effective date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the ra888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease use of the ra888 platform immediately and contact support to request Account closure.
